Out for Business (O4B) is a student organization and community outreach group aimed at creating a more inclusive environment for LGBTQ+ individuals and allies in our Eccles community. O4B is open to undergraduate and graduate students and currently has 120+ members.
O4B holds monthly social and networking events, panel discussions, and service opportunities. Their recent events include a panel discussion on gender-diverse experiences in the workforce and a fun personality quiz luncheon. In addition, they often collaborate with other affinity groups such as AAPI Students in Business, Women in Business, and ALPFA.
