The David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah is located on the foothills of the Wasatch Mountain Range, just a short train ride or drive from the heart of Salt Lake City. The Eccles Campus

The David Eccles School of Business is comprised of six buildings in Salt Lake City, Utah: Spencer Fox Eccles Business Building (SFEBB), Robert H. and Katharine B. Garff Building (GARFF), C. Roland Christiansen Center (CRCC), Business Classroom Building (BuC), Thomas S. Monson Center, and Lassonde Studios.

The Spencer Fox Eccles Business Building serves as the home of the Eccles School.

Fully completed in 2013, the Spencer Fox Eccles Business Building (SFEBB) encompasses 180,000 square feet, with 70 percent of the space dedicated to student activities, including 17 state-of-the-art classrooms.

Newly opened in Fall 2018, the brand new Robert H. and Katharine B. Garff Building (GARFF) is home to Business Career Services, four distinct MBA programs, Executive Education, the Marriner S. Eccles Institute for Economics and Quantitative Analysis, the Goff Strategic Leadership Center, faculty offices, and more.

Building Hours: Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.

The C. Roland Christensen Center (CRCC) is named after the Harvard Business School professor who focused on case-method teaching. The building is designed to help facilitate hands-on, real-world learning, with four, 80-student case-method classrooms, two large seminar rooms, an electronic and computer-based resource library, and multiple team discussion study rooms.

The Business Classroom Building (BuC) is home to several learning spaces for business students. The four-story building includes classrooms, computer labs, and staff offices.

Thomas S. Monson Center

Completed in 1912 and recently renovated, the Thomas S. Monson Center is home to the Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute, a premier public policy research center at the Eccles School. The historic mansion and adjacent buildings include areas for training, seminars and lectures, classes, meetings, community dialogue, and public gatherings. Its location on South Temple and 400 East in Salt Lake City is symbolic of the institute’s role and mission to build bridges between the university and the community it serves.

Lassonde Studios

Lassonde Studios allows students to live, create, and launch. The studios merge 400 unique residences with a 20,000-square-foot makerspace for students to attend events, build prototypes, compete, or just hang out.
