On Friday, February 19th, Business Scholars had the opportunity to attend the Business Career Conference hosted by the Business Career Services department.

Paul Zane Pilzer, founder of Zaniac, spoke as the keynote.  He attended the Wharton School of Business and has been a very successful entrepreneur. He shared his experience of talking his way into Wharton after initially being rejected and encouraged students to persevere.

From the keynote, the scholars were able to pick from an outstanding list of speakers that held jobs in healthcare to consulting.

The conference ended with Brandi Simpson, CEO of Navigen Pharmaceuticals, addressing the students on her advice for the work force.  The career conference provided a wonderful opportunity for students to network with each other and the many professionals.
