Insights from the Leading with Pride Panel

On Oct. 4, Out for Business (O4B) in collaboration with Business Student Government (BSG) hosted the Leading with Pride panel. Guest speakers included Austin Hendrickson, Kathryn Canas, and Leiloni McLaughlin.

Leading with Pride is a discussion about creating a more inclusive environment through the establishment of cultures and policies. Our guest speakers touched on the effective implementation of workplace policy and culture, as well as a Q&A. One attendee shared the importance of open discussion like this, stating, “I do feel like conversations like these are something that should never stop. Fostering panels like this creates spaces for students.”
