Student Engagement & Assessment (SEA) provides premiere experiences through robust developmental and leadership opportunities for undergraduate students. Utilizing data and assessment, SEA consults with the David Eccles School of Business to enhance and optimize student services, support, and programming. Grounded in a commitment to equity and strategic leadership, SEA engages the broader Eccles School mission of creating a collaborative culture that inspires a lasting impact on our communities.

What We Do

Our Goals

  • Assess undergraduate student experience, programs, and services.
  • Foster a shared Eccles identity for undergraduate student leadership framed in strategy and rooted in equity.
  • Represent student voice to the Eccles School to enhance our programs, services and opportunities. Student voice is recognized through assessment, College Student Council, and our student organizations broadly.
  • Provide meaningful and accessible training, development, and leadership materials that facilitate growth and in undergraduate students.
  • Connect current students to civic engagement opportunities via inclusive and innovative programming.
  • Guide student academic development through management of the Business Tutoring Center.
  • Develop and maintain efficiencies for Eccles School partners through creative and collaborative partnerships that positively impact the students we serve.
  • Provide learning opportunities to explore the importance of equity and inclusion. Engage the Eccles community in critical reflection to support the development of empathetic global citizens.
