The Information Systems Major in partnership with Domo jointly organized a Covid-19 Data Analytics Challenge from 2 April – 10 April 2020. The objectives are two fold, first is to enable students to gain data analytics skill sets specifically in using the Domo BI and Visualization Platform and second, is to expose students in learning to relate real world problems to their classroom learnings. Student participants are from 4 categories: Business Scholars, Undergrad IS Majors, Undergrad IS All Majors, and Graduate. Students are tasked to produce insights from the patient level South Korea dataset dated Jan to March 2020 encompassing 3200 patients. The winners along with their YouTube presentations are displayed below.
