The Management major is designed to provide you with a deeper understanding of leadership, and a broad conceptual understanding of the challenges managers and leaders face in the 21st century. A degree in management gives you the advantage you need to succeed in competitive business environments. We also offer a minor program.
A bachelor’s in management prepares student for careers in a variety of industries including healthcare, manufacturing, government, and non-profit. Graduates go on to work for companies such as Microsoft, PrincePerelson, Fidelity, and Merit Medical.

Eccles Experience
Students in the Management major become experts at leading teams, understanding how people work, and bringing people together to accomplish a shared goal. Students are able to engage in several student clubs and organizations, such as Alpha Kappa Psi, the Business Management Club, DECA, the Society for Human Resource Management and more. Student can also gain real-world, hands-on learning through the Goff Strategic Leadership Center and the Daniels Fund Ethics Initiative.
