The Management major is designed to provide you with a deeper understanding of leadership, and a broad conceptual understanding of the challenges managers and leaders face in the 21st century. Students in the Management major become experts at leading teams, understanding how people work, and bringing people together to accomplish a shared goal. Students are able to engage in several student clubs and organizations, such as Alpha Kappa Psi, the Business Management Club, DECA, the Society for Human Resource Management and more. Student can also gain real-world, hands-on learning through the Goff Strategic Leadership Center and the Daniels Fund Ethics Initiative.
