Research shows that members of marginalized groups – including women, LGBTQIA+ folks, Black, Indigenous, and other people of color (BIPOC), folks with disabilities, and more – tend to apply for positions only if they meet every single requirement listed. On the BSG team, as part of our ongoing commitment to fostering a culture of belonging for every student at the Eccles School, we acknowledge this reality and recognize that the best candidate for a position may not necessarily meet 100% of the qualifications listed. If you are passionate about the mission of the BSG team, we encourage you to apply, and we commit to considering your application holistically as we make selections.
