Vishwa Srinivasan knew that Salt Lake City’s alleyways could be used for more. So the Eccles School student pitched Salt Lake City officials his idea — using the alleyways for concerts. The city liked the idea so much that they gave Srinivasan a grant from the city’s Arts, Culture, and Events Fund, and his pilot concert is set for May 21.
