Alexandra (Alex) Figueroa Anderson is a Ph.D. Candidate in the Department of Management. Alex’s research lies at the intersection of behavioral ethics and social justice in work environments. Current projects include work on gender identity, moral identity, sexual orientation, and racial identity. Alex is particularly interested in organizational precursors to unethical behavior, and how our moral systems adapt to workplace environments. Alex also studies how external issues of social justice leak into the workplace. Alex served as the President of the Management Student Doctoral Association from 2021-2022, and is passionate about helping under represented groups have access to and succeed in Management doctoral programs.
