In a recent real estate lab hosted by the Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) program, keynote speaker Walt Plumb challenged the students to a pushup competition. Walt is a successful and prominent real estate professional in Utah and also surprisingly prolific when it comes to pushups. When Walt threw out the challenge, MRED student James Morrell, took him up on it. While James gave a valiant effort, he was no match for pushup champion, Walt.
