Steve has been with the University of Utah Health’s Value Engineering department since 2009. He’s currently its director. This department of process improvement professionals facilitates clinical care redesign work across the enterprise with physicians and business leaders. Steve also directs the enterprise’s process improvement curriculum. Prior to healthcare, Steve learned process improvement in the aerospace/defense and automotive industries.
