Jenny (Yoon Jung) Kwon

Jenny (Yoon Jung) Kwon is an ENS Post-Doctoral Fellow in the Department of Entrepreneurship & Strategy at the David Eccles School of Business, University of Utah. Her research broadly revolve around topics in strategic management, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Her ongoing projects explore how both established incumbents and new ventures source and utilize knowledge and relevant resources to consistently innovate, respond to external pressures, and cope with firm- and industry-level challenges. She is particularly interested in examining the benefits and challenges associated with corporate venture capital investments in different industry contexts (e.g., semiconductor, energy, biopharma) from the perspectives of both established incumbents and new ventures.

Prior to joining University of Utah, Jenny received a Ph.D. and M.A. in Strategic Management from Rice University and a B.A. in Business Administration from Korea University.
