The annual 2023 Eccles Salesforce Ideathon showcased Eccles students’ excitement, knowledge, and passion for technology and problem-solving. More than fifty undergraduate students across twenty-one teams competed for cash prizes and gifts. Hosted by the Information Systems major at the Eccles School, this case competition asked teams to design and build Salesforce Chatbots to solve a real-world business problem and then present their solutions to a panel of judges and industry professionals.
Five winning teams earned cash prizes and bragging rights at the awards ceremony. One hard working student did such an outstanding job, that they were given an internship opportunity at 1440.io on the spot. Overall the students learned a tremendous amount and added this experience to their ever growing resumes.
