Phillip Singer is an Assistant Professor in the University of Utah’s Political Science Department, where he began teaching in 2018. As an Adjunct Instructor for the Master of Healthcare Administration Program, Singer teaches MHA 6190: Healthcare Economics and Policy.
Singer earned his Ph.D. in Health Services Organization and Policy from the University of Michigan in 2018, where he also earned his Master of Health Service Administration. He graduated from Brigham Young University, where he majored in Political Science and Anthropology.
