Kylie C. Rochford is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at the University of Utah’s Eccles School of Business. Her research examines workplace relationships and interpersonal dynamics. Kylie received B.Com. and M.Com. degrees from the University of Canterbury in New Zealand, and a Ph.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University.
