Alexis started at the University of Utah as a full-time student. During her time as a student, she became immersed in higher education in her roles as an Orientation Leader, Residential Advisor, and Summer Conference Coordinator. After graduating during the Covid-19 pandemic she worked at the University of Utah Hospital before returning to the main campus to pursue a career in higher education.

Outside of work, Alexis enjoys spending time with her dog, reading comics, cross-stitching, playing video games, drawing, and hanging out with friends.
