Welcome back, Doers!

We’re so excited to welcome you back to the David Eccles School of Business and actually see you in 3-D!

We’ve got plenty of ways for you to meet friends new and old at all of the exciting Eccles Events happening this year! You can check out what’s going on at Eccles.link/events.

Just a reminder that things are going to be a little bit different from what we’ve gotten used to through remote learning.

It takes a while to get up to campus, so remember to plan your route and accommodate traffic. You also might want to make sure your parking pass is valid. No more rolling out of bed and turning on Zoom!

No more Zoom also means classes are no longer required to be recorded, so you’ll have plenty of chances to show off that new wardrobe you’ve bought as retail therapy! Make sure you contact your professor if you will be missing class for any reason, and check your syllabus to see what your professor’s recording policy will be.

Open-book tests might be over (check your syllabus), but no need to worry. The Business Tutoring Center will help you prep for any big exams coming up. Visit Eccles.link/tutoring to learn more.

You’ll also want to make sure you spend some time with your academic advisor to explore majors and make sure you’re on track to graduate. And pay a visit to Business Career Services over in GARFF 1300 to get great internships now that will lead to an awesome career later.

Our Eccles Global Learning Abroad experiences are back in full swing, and many opportunities have deadlines approaching quickly. Find out where we’re headed at Eccles.link/global.

And be sure to stop by the Emma Eccles Jones Plaza — between SFEBB and CRCC — and grab a bagel and some swag with BLInc. on Tuesday morning.

We can’t wait to see you in person! Welcome back!
