Ashley Hill joined the Eccles School team this month as the Customer Service Supervisor.

Ashley is in charge of the front desk and staff and students who work to answer questions, reserve rooms and provide information for students, visitors, faculty and staff.

She joins the Eccles School after working at Primary Children’s Hospital as an assistant manager for environmental services, which encompassed the janitorial staff. She decided to join the Eccles School so she could continue to improve the school’s customer service culture.

“It was a position where I would really be able to create and mold the role into what I wanted,” she said. “I want to focus on customer service and mold great customer service representatives. I want people to walk away from an exchange with our front desk thinking, ‘Wow, they were amazing. They did whatever they had to do to answer my question.’ I want them to be thinking ‘That was the best customer service I’ve ever received.’”

Ashley graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in piano performance and ran a piano studio for 23 years. She also sings first soprano with the Utah Chamber Artists.

She is married to her husband, Brian, and has four boys ages 17, 15, 11 and 8.
