Utah’s population becoming more diverse
Utah’s population is getting more diverse, especially in its Asian population, according to Pam Perlich, the Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute director of demographic research.
Perlich looks at the growth of Asians, a demographic that represents 30 percent of the state’s growth over the last five years.
