Offbeat employee perks can help companies compete for talent

Pickleball courts, smoothies and skateboarding halfpipes might not be what most employees are looking for in a benefits package, but offbeat perks like these may help new companies compete for talent, according to Brad Williams, director of the Entrepreneurship program at the David Eccles School of Business.
