The University of Utah and the Eccles School have long taken pride in the impact we have around the world, especially in educating top business leaders.

We have educated students from every corner of the globe, and our international students achieve great things every day.

Recently, the leading business newspaper in Norway published an analysis of the academic backgrounds of the CEOs of the Nordic country’s 30 largest companies.

It was no surprise to us that two of the top business leaders earned their educations at the U.

Svein Tore Holsether is CEO of Yara, ranked No. 3 in Norway, and he earned his undergraduate degree in finance from the Eccles School.

Steinar Sønsteby, CEO of Atea, ranked No. 24, earned his bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from the U.

It’s great to see our students succeed as top business leaders worldwide!
