MBA Students take 4th Place in Marketing Analytics Competition
Eccles MBA students, Lance Brown, Tab Robbins, JD Thornock, Josh Thompson, and Wynchester Whetten, competed in the Sawtooth Software Marketing Analytics Competition in Towson, Maryland. The objective of the competition was to use marketing research to help design a robotic vacuum cleaner and an entry strategy for Stanley Black & Decker. When they got to the competition, they learned they also had to design a unique product for Walmart that could retail for less than $299.

Other teams in the competition were from UCLA, Southern California, BYU, Michigan State, Ohio State, and the New Jersey College of Technology. Overall the team took 4th place out of 7 teams. Congrats to the MBA students for their success in the competition!
