MBA Online program retains top-10 worldwide ranking in Princeton Review
The MBA Online program at the University of Utah David Eccles School of Business jumped two spots in the 2021 Princeton Review Top 50 Online MBA programs ranking, landing at No. 7 in the world and No. 2 in the West. The result was an improvement of 2 spots from the prior year.
“With ever more entrants into the online MBA space, this recognition by the Princeton Review as one of the top online MBA programs in the world reaffirms our commitment to delivering the same quality and rigor of our on-campus programs in an online format,” said Brad Vierig, associate dean of MBA programs and Executive Education at the Eccles School. “From the beginning, we were unwilling to offer a lesser experience to our online students, and now those students are reporting overwhelmingly positive experiences, both academically and in terms of career outcomes. We are proud of all involved.”
The Eccles School’s MBA Online program is dedicated to delivering value. The MBA Online program at the Eccles School costs on average 35 percent less than other Princeton Review top-10 online MBA programs. Additionally, an average of 61 percent of graduates reported receiving a promotion while enrolled in the program.
Data points for the ranking were weighted in more than 30 unique fields to determine the final outcome and covered a broad range of topics including admissions selectivity, graduation and retention rates, faculty training and credentials, and career outcomes among others. The ranking surveyed students enrolled in online MBA programs, as well as administrators at more than 120 business schools.
