Give to the 1917-Minute Challenge to celebrate 100 years of impact

“We make a living by what we get. We make a life by what we give.” – Winston Churchill

The month of November has to be one of my favorite months of the year. The weather is beautiful, the holidays are fast approaching, and it is a time that we devote ourselves to creating something that gives us meaning and purpose.

I believe that there is always something to be grateful for, and, this year, I am extremely grateful for the David Eccles School of Business.

Nov. 14 and 15 is the 1917-Minute Challenge, and it is the perfect way for us to give back to the school that gives us so much. It isn’t necessarily about the funds contributed to the cause, but our pledge, as students, to make giving back to the school a lifelong habit.

It is our goal to reach 100 donors in 1,917 minutes, and I need your help to make that happen. This challenge will unify us all behind a common goal of contributing to one another’s education and making our college experiences something we will cherish forever. I encourage everyone to participate in this challenge and to discover the joys of giving back as well as see firsthand how it impacts your own life for the better.
