Gardner policy expert weighs in on census report of Utah’s rapid growth
Utah’s San Juan County is the fastest growing in America this year, according to the U.S. Census Bureau.
The county experienced a growth rate of 7.56 from July 1, 2015 to July 1, 2016. Local media reported on the growth and asked Emily Harris of the Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute at the David Eccles School of Business to weigh in.
