Free Marriner Institute series helps businesses survive COVID-19 pandemic

The Marriner S. Eccles Institute for Economics and Quantitative Analysis is hosting a free series of online forums called Navigating COVID-19: How to Save Your Business for owners of businesses of all sizes.

On Friday, April 3, former U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary and former Utah Gov. Mike Leavitt was joined by Sen. Mitt Romney, Gov. Gary Herbert, and several experts from the David Eccles School of Business and the broader Utah community to discuss specific ways for business owners to plan for immediate and long-term concerns as the COVID-19 pandemic continues.

The full recording and PowerPoint presentation can be accessed here.

Check out coverage of the event in the Deseret News, KUTV, The Daily Herald, and KSL.

The forums will continue every Tuesday and Friday through April. To register, click here.
