A huge congratulations to Finance major Sabah Sial, who was named one of 32 Rhodes Scholars this month.

Sial, a Sandy resident, was one of 2,300 U.S. applicants for this highly prestigious award.

The award grants tuition and living expenses for two years of graduate study at Oxford University. Sial plans to study the intersection of finance, criminology, and criminal justice.

She is the first University of Utah Rhodes Scholar named in the past 20 years.
