Is there a gender bias when it comes to securing venture capital for your startup? The data points to a resounding “yes.”
“There appears to be a deep-seated … unconcscious bias against seeing women as effective entrepreneurs or risk-takers,” Lyda Bigelow, associate professor of Entrepreneurship and Strategy tells the Deseret News.
