Editors Note: Day-Zero is an activity for incoming freshmen and transfer students at the David Eccles School of Business. It shows students how to get involved, find resources, career advice and create their own #EcclesExperience.
Day-Zero helped kick-off the 2016-2017 school year by introducing incoming freshmen and transfer students to the Eccles School. Students learned about the school and met faculty, staff and future classmates.
The day started off with icebreakers for the students to get to know each other. Then, information and resources were shared including an introduction to the Lassonde Entrepreneur Challenge. Finally, the students took part in a team scavenger hunt and were treated to lunch.
Thanks to the student leaders in Business Leaders Inc. for sponsoring and organizing the event. We’re looking forward to seeing what individual and collective experiences are created (#EcclesExperience).
