Don’t fall for fake experts, cautions Eccles School professor

The person who talks the most in the meeting must be the expert, right?

Turns out, that’s not always the case. And it can be extremely harmful to your productivity to waste time listening to the wrong person, according to research by Bryan Bonner, professor of Management at the David Eccles School of Business.

Bonner’s research is racking up media mentions, being cited in The New York Times and on career blog Ladders.
