In the “Academic Program” section of the application, select “Business Creation (MBC)” from the dropdown list. Be prepared to respond to questions about your personal and academic background.
Bachelor’s Degree
Applicants must have completed a 4-year bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution.
You’ll need to complete a course-by-course transcript evaluation through an NACES-approved organization chosen by the university.
This evaluation usually takes 1-2 weeks, but during busy times it may take up to 3-4 weeks. To stay on track for your preferred start date, we recommend submitting your application at least 4 weeks before the final deadline.
To start the evaluation, please include:
- Unofficial transcripts from every school you attended for your bachelor’s degree
- A copy of your diploma
Note: We don’t accept a 3-year degree alone. However, a 3-year degree plus post-graduate coursework may qualify. Contact us if you’re unsure about your eligibility.
Minimum GPA
Applicants must have earned a minimum of a 3.0 cumulative GPA in their undergraduate degree. Exceptions to this requirement might be possible for exceptional candidates based on experience and need. To be considered for an exception, you can submit an application or contact us to discuss.
English Language Proficiency
International applicants must demonstrate English language proficiency. You can find more information about this requirement, as well as a list of countries where English proficiency may not be required here.
We accept the following English language proficiency exams with minimum scores.
- TOEFL (iBT or computer version only): 90
- IELTS (IELTS Academic only): 7.0
- Duolingo: 115

In 300-750 words, tell us about a time you overcame adversity. What did you learn from the experience? How have you applied what you learned to your life?
Video Pitch Essay
In no more than 6 minutes, please submit a video pitch essay for your company or nonprofit enterprise. In this video, introduce yourself, your company, the problem your company is solving, how you address that problem uniquely, how you compare to your competition, your team, a summary of your progress to date (revenue, capital raised, other measures of traction), and your plans for the future. Take your time, elaborate, and pitch your business. Don’t rush through the video. If your video is not carefully planned out and doesn’t cover all the questions asked, it could hurt your chances of being admitted. Think of the video as an interview.
