Eccles Students Analyze What Makes a Super Bowl Ad Win
This year, brands spent $8 million for just 30 seconds of Super Bowl airtime. But what actually makes an ad effective? Is it the humor? The celebrity cameos? The emotional storytelling? For the 95 students competing in this year’s Game Day Ad Analytics Case Competition, the answer was all in the data. First Ascent Scholars Foster Community at Their Annual Spirit Bowl
The First Ascent Scholars program at the David Eccles School of Business recently gathered for their annual Spirit Bowl event. Designed to strengthen community bonds between board members and students while fostering cohort relationships, the event featured several engaging activities that challenged participants' knowledge, teamwork abilities, and creativity. The celebration began with Kahoot Trivia, where students showcased their knowledge of the program, including First Ascent Scholars history, resources, requirements, and key community members.
