Day Zero is a great opportunity to identify how to have a successful first semester, meet other first-year business students and create friendships.
This year for Day Zero, Business Leaders Incorporated (BLInc) (the student government of the Eccles School) will host a tailgate themed event that runs from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 16. Everyone attending is encouraged to wear University of Utah gear!
The event will start in the atrium of the Spencer Fox Eccles Business Building (SFEBB) and kick off with a welcome from the Business Leaders Incorporated board. After a short student panel and presentation about the Eccles School, new students will break into small groups for a quick scavenger hunt to learn the layout of the business building before classes. The remainder of the night will consist of a BBQ, games and music with an optional tour of Lassonde Studios.
