Conference
The conference registration fee covers participation in all sessions and all conference meals, including breakfasts, coffee/snacks and dinners.

Guests of registered participants are welcome to attend all talks. However, if they plan on attending meals, separate meal tickets must be purchased.
Ski Passess
Snowbird ski passes can be purchased here.
Cancellation Policy
Registration fees and meal tickets for guests are fully refundable by January 4, 2025. No refunds can be offered after January 4, 2025, due to contractual commitments with the venue.
** This is an invitation only conference. Please do not register unless you have received an invite for the 2025 edition of the conference. **
Hotel
Lodging will be at The Cliff Lodge located at Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort. Please book your rooms by December 29, 2024 to guarantee availability. After this date we will release all rooms on the room block and any unsold rooms remaining will be returned to Snowbird’s inventory.
Guests have two options to make reservations:
- Call Snowbird Central Reservations, 1-800-453-3000 (Select Option #2). When calling, identify yourself as a part of group # OM0224 for Utah Winter Operations OM ‘25.

Transportation
Shuttle Service
The resort offers a ground shuttle service to and from the airport provided by Canyon Transportation: http://canyontransport.com/. Make arrangements with the resort up to 48 hours prior to arrival by calling 1-800-232-9542 (toll free from USA and Canada). Walk-ins are accepted on a space available basis at the Canyon Transportation desk located in the baggage claim area of the Salt Lake City International Airport.
Driving Directions
If you are considering driving, download the directions to Snowbird. Also be aware that in the event of heavy snow, chains and/or Four Wheel Drive vehicles may be mandated. Directions to Snowbird from SLC Airport | 29 miles (40 minutes) | View the route-map Take I-80 East to I-215 South Take Exit 6 (6200 South) Go east on 6200 South, toward the mountains This road will lead you straight to UT-210 and up Little Cottonwood Canyon to Snowbird.
