Nabita’s research focuses on pricing of software services and study of multi-sided platforms that create value by bringing together two or more groups of users. She studies how consumer behavior and nature of interactions between platform participants shape firm pricing strategies and competitive outcomes. Her areas of expertise include software-as-a-service (saas), online advertising and crowdfunding industries.
