Colleen Larson serves as the associate director of administration at the Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute, where she plays a pivotal role in fostering connections between the institute’s director, staff, advisory board members, donors, and the broader community.

In this role, Larson oversees event operations and coordinates purchasing and vendor contracts. Additionally, she directs the Presidential Impact Scholar program, coordinates institute training, and leads staff culture initiatives.

Larson earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Brigham Young University and a UX/UI Design certificate from the University of Utah. Her previous roles include serving as an administrative and events manager at the Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute and a research coordinator at the University of Utah.
