Last-Minute Spring Break Adventures in Utah

With spring break right around the corner, are you struggling to find some last-minute plans? Don’t worry, there are lots of last-minute options that could make your spring break awesome and memorable. Thankfully, here at the University of Utah, you are in a great place for all sorts of activities and small trips.

Visit Arches National Park 

Arches is known for its unique and natural sandstone arches. With over 2,000 arches, including the famous Delicate Arch, Arches National Park offers breathtaking views and numerous hiking trails. Whether you’re an avid hiker or just looking for a scenic drive, Arches provides a perfect escape into nature and could be a great place to spend your spring break. Visit Bryce Canyon National Park 

Bryce Canyon is famous for its unique geological rock formations called hoodoos. These spire-shaped rocks create a unique landscape that’s perfect for photography and exploration. Visit Canyonlands National Park

Divided into four districts, Canyonlands National Park offers diverse landscapes and activities. The Island in the Sky district provides stunning overlooks, while the Needles district offers excellent hiking opportunities. Zion National Park

Zion National Park is Utah’s most popular national park, and for good reason. The park’s humungous cliffs, narrow slot canyons, and vibrant valleys create a stunning scene for outdoor adventures. Hike the famous Angels Landing trail for a thrilling experience or take a casual stroll along the Riverside Walk. Zion also offers excellent opportunities for rock climbing and canyoneering. Salt Lake City Activities

If you’re staying in Salt Lake City during spring break, there are plenty of local events and attractions to keep you entertained. Catch a Utah Hockey Club game for some exciting sports action.
