Disclosing conflicting interests is due diligence, says ethics professor
Members serving on a board of directors need to be crystal clear when it comes to conflicts of interest, says Dr. Abe Bakhsheshy.
The director of the Daniels Fund Ethics Initiative was recently interviewed by The Salt Lake Tribune for a story on conflicts of interest that weren’t disclosed by board members of the Utah Transit Authority.
