Schedule of Events

Breakout 1:

You Are the Product: Selling Yourself & Beyond Speaker: Kenneth Scott, Founder, Leave A Blessing. Behind every promotion, sale, and opportunity lies one truth… people buy into you before they buy what you’re selling. In this session, Kenneth Scott shares how being passed over for a leadership role reshaped his understanding of success and led him to develop the IPR Framework (Impact, Perception, Reach). Students will explore how performance earns trust, perception builds likability, and reach creates awareness. The same drivers are behind the Know–Like–Trust principle in sales. They’ll leave with a practical self-audit to grow their careers, elevate their credibility, and position themselves as the product people want to promote.

Breakout 2:

Own Your Journey: Turning Ambition Into Action Speaker: Joel Brough, Vice President of Sales & Client Delivery, MarketStar. This session will explore practical strategies to transform ambition into tangible results.
