As a first-generation and transfer student, Sophie has seen the influence of administrative support during the pursuit of education firsthand. Her mission is to create a brighter future by empowering individuals of all backgrounds to access quality education and personal growth. She hopes to make those around her feel more seen, celebrated, welcomed and uplifted in their interactions with her.

As the Associate Director of Student Engagement and Belonging, Sophie leads and mentors the Business Student Government, oversees the Business Tutoring Center, supports school-wide student engagement and belonging initiatives, manages day-to-day operations and programming of the In a Pinch, Eccles Basic Need Initiative, and is the advisor for the Business Transfer Student Society. She loves her job and is fortunate to work with such incredible students!
