Rebecca is the Director of Business Career Success. She oversees the career coaching staff for the school in both undergrad and graduate programs. She also serves as adjunct instructor for the MSIS and MSBA career capstone courses.
She is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and is passionate about helping individuals learn their value so they can step into diverse teams. She received her Bachelors from Texas A&M University and her Masters in Counseling from Criswell College. She has a passion for bringing insight to individuals and groups while promoting belonging in career education. Through her experiences of working at a Title 1 high school in Dallas and assisting departments at the collegiate level in multiple states, she has experienced all sides, challenges, and joys of the student experience.
At the U Career Success Center, her team helps support students and alumni through every stage in their career journeys. They connect to the experiences that will lead to lifelong career success. The team believes that empowered U of U students become the leaders of the future, positively impacting the lives of their families, organizations, communities, and the world.
