David Bauman

David Bauman is the Director of Global Workplace Solutions in the Salt Lake office of CBRE. Within this role, David oversees global client accounts, develops team transaction management strategies, directs business development, and oversees the allocation of resources dedicated to GWS accounts serviced out of the firm’s Salt Lake City office. David also serves as the Workplace Solutions Leader for the Southwest Region,which encompasses Utah, Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico.

Since 2006, David has been handling global accounts for clients worldwide. His experience includes market research in global cities, advising clients on complex land development and entitlement issues, and developing real estate strategies with clients that relate to their corporate visions and objectives. Prior to joining CBRE, David served as the Director of Global Corporate Services for Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s office in Salt Lake City. Throughout his career, he has managed accounts with total transaction value surpassing $500 million in more than 25 countries.
