Anne E. Palmer, Ed.D. is an associate professor of management (lecturer) whose research and teaching focuses on ethical leadership, organizational behavior, and workforce strategy. Prior to joining the Department of Managemen she was national director of professional development of the STEM Core Alliance and directed the Stanford Educational Leadership Initiative. Her work has been supported by the Aspen Institute, National Science Foundation and the Bill Daniels Ethics Initiative. A historian of business and higher ed, Dr. Palmer is the author of Years of Promise, The University of Utah’s A. Ray Olpin Years, 1946-1964. She earned a Doctorate in Education from the University College London Institute of Education, a Master’s of Public Administration from the University of Utah, and a Bachelor’s in English from the University of California, Berkeley.
