The Eccles Alumni Network Professional Mentoring program is designed to foster professional growth and facilitate connections between students and alumni. This program provides valuable opportunities for students to engage in professional development, career exploration, and networking.

This mentorship initiative aims to empower students with industry insights, guidance, and valuable networks to support their career journeys.

• To participate, students are required to submit a resume and cover letter.
• Candidates are then selected for an interview to assess their suitability for the program. Once accepted to the program, students are carefully paired with an alum who aligns with their career interests and aspirations.
• Mentor pairs are encouraged to meet on a monthly basis, with prompts provided to facilitate meaningful discussions.
