Whether you are an executive or aspiring to move up in your organization, the Executive Leadership Certificate provides you with the expertise, credibility, and confidence needed to reach your goals. You will have the opportunity to explore different elements of business and gain well-rounded knowledge in team work, strategy, innovation, negotiations, diversity and inclusion, and more.

Over the course of six two-day courses, you will learn through a combination of lecture-based presentations and interactive activities under the guidance of top faculty from the University of Utah David Eccles School of Business.

Is this certificate program right for me?

The Executive Leadership Certificate covers both soft skills and hard skills necessary to lead organizations. If you are in a mid- to senior-level position and want to grow in your organization or make a career change, this program is right for you. If you are an individual who wants to understand business from multiple angles and develop your leadership skills, this program is also right for you.

Choose your path. The Executive Leadership Certificate is highly customizable. Choose any six of our Leadership, Goff Strategic Leadership Center, or Women’s Leadership classes relevant to you to guarantee maximum impact. You have two years to complete this certificate program.
