You may be an experienced leader, but have you mastered Strategic Leadership? The challenges of setting strategic direction while leading others require both solid analytic capabilities and strong interpersonal skills. Yet acquiring these hard and soft skills is still no guarantee of success. Only practical knowledge of how to apply those skills to existing frameworks, the ability to identify opportunities for change/growth, and a constant vigilance for challenges on the horizon will set you and your organization on the right course.
Mastering Strategic Leadership
Are you in search of high value pathways to growth? Does your team have clear shared priorities about how you will prevail against tomorrow’s competition? How are you choosing whether and when to leverage emerging technologies or innovative opportunities?
Mastering Strategic Leadership requires building upon established strengths (in both leadership and strategy), honing situation awareness, distilling essential information, composing and enacting a theory of value, and influencing with and without authority. This 5-day interactive program sets out a clear, effective methodology for creating value while sustaining growth as a capable strategic leader. Investing in this engaging week will change your perspective, your ambitions, and your capabilities.
In this program, you will:
