Katrina Vastag –
“This course challenged me, but in the end, I learned a lot and feel that I am much more knowledgeable in Lean Six Sigma concepts and framework. I struggled in some areas, but was always able to get the help and the information I needed in order to really understand a concept. I feel more confident about the principles behind Lean Six Sigma and am excited to try and implement it in my workplace. Thank you Robert so much for all the great tools. Your lectures were well thought-out, clear, and concise. I appreciate your help with all of my questions related to the course (and even my work related question looking at some data and trying to apply the new techniques as I was learning!). I feel that you really went the extra mile to help your students. You are truly an expert at this and your passion for what you do absolutely comes through.”
