The University of Utah is a military-friendly school and Yellow Ribbon Program participant. The University of Utah has an agreement with the VA to cover any tuition and fee charges that are not covered by the Post 9/11 GI Bill. The University pays 50% of any unmet charges, and the VA matches and covers the other 50%. Students who wish to apply for this must qualify for the Post 9/11 GI Bill at the 100% rate.
