MBA Online Class Preview: Change Management

Experience firsthand what a Utah MBA Online class is like and enjoy a lively exchange with hosting faculty member, Bonita Austin, MBA, in one of her change management classes. Change Management is a second year elective where each week the students attend a live webinar, participating in live discussion of that week’s pre-watched lecture, and reading of a case study. This webinar’s discussion will focus on the case study, “Meaning & Purpose and Change Fatigue & Change Levers Case: Riot Games.”
